Virtual Showroom
Bring your auto dealership into your customers' homes...
Your dealership website is the your Virtual Showroom, customers can view every vehicle on your lot,
any time of the day or night, any day of the week. Despite bad weather, holidays, and tight schedules,
your customers will now have the flexibility to review your vehicles at their convenience.
Consider the following solutions AutoJini offers to enhance the value of your Virtual Showroom.
Customers can view up to 28 pictures per vehicle. That means you can shoot photos from every angle of the car,
of both the exterior and interior, with close-ups on any special details or trim work you'd like to display.
Uploading multiple images at the same time is easy and quick. For your new vehciles, if you don't have time to take your
own photos you can take advantage of our New Vehicles Stock Images feature where we will attach stock
images to your vehicles automatically.
In addition to displaying up to 28 pictures of each vehicle, AutoJini allows customers to search and
scroll down the Vehicle Listing Page, seeing one vehicle after the next, reviewing the basic
specifications of each vehicle. When a particular vehicle catches his/her interest, she can click on that vehicle
for more in-depth information. Inputting your vehicles' specifications can be automated, saving time
and reducing errors, when you take advantage of our VIN Decoding feature.
If your dealership sells both Pre-Owned and New vehicles, a separate virtual
showroom can be set up for each, making searching your dealership for just the
right vehicle easier for your customers. Our reporting features can be customized
to treat the two vehicle types as separate or together, depending on your marketing
and business needs.
Based on the dates you set, the system will automatically list all new listings in their
own section in addition to appearing along with your total inventory. This feature allows
your customers to quickly review your latest inventory without wasting their time, searching
through the dozens or hundreds of vehicles in stock. When the date has passed, the vehicle
is removed from the "New Listings Page" but remains in the main inventory listing.
Your customers may see "NEW" or "SOLD" draped as a red ribbon across your new vehicle's photo.
These "NEW" icon can be applied to Coupons as well. You set how long these icons appear beside a
vehicle or coupon, if at all.
If you manage more than one dealership, the locations can be listed among the search items.
Customers interested in one location over another can refine their search to just the one location or
expand the search to all locations. Our reporting features can be customized to treat the two locations
separately or together, depending on your marketing and business needs.
Help customers compare vehicles or return to a vehicle they wish to reconsider. As your customers
click on vehicles in the inventory listing, the system will show the last four recently viewed
vehicles at the bottom of the page for quick and easy recall.
Similar to the "related products feature" on Amazon .com, the Advanced Related Inventory Matrix takes
the customer's selections on your site to prompt him/her to look at additional inventory.
If your customer is looking at a Honda vehicle, then the matrix shows him/her all available
"Toyota > Camry or Nissan > Altima" vehicles. Each dealer has full control over the exact
matrix of the relationships.
This feature allows you to upload your vehicle information (basic and detailed) and photos in
a matter of minutes. Up to 28 photos per vehicle can be uploaded, enabling you to show your
customer all views and special details of the vehicle from both the exterior and interior.
Once your inventory is uploaded, you can "switch on" various options such as the use
of "NEW" and "SOLD" icons to appear on specific vehicle listings. You also determine
how long these icons appear on the vehicle, before you remove the vehicle from your Virtual
Showroom. Other options allow you to list multiple locations, either splitting the locations
for customer viewing purposes and even assigning different personnel from the various locations
the tasks of updating that location's inventory. Another useful option is the ability to
separate Pre-Owned vehicles from New vehicles. The Inventory Management System also allows
the export of your inventory information (including photos) to third party websites.
