Online Forms
Encourage customers to contact or visit your dealership...
Having online forms on your website is a great way to encourage customers to initiate that vital first
contact with your dealership. While they can "of course" call your dealership, let's face it...
most people don't want to spend the time on a phone, wading through automated systems, only to
be told the person they need is unavailable. Online forms are easy, fast, and basically "painless"
for your customer. Once the customer contacts you, you'll have the information you need to call back and
start the sales process.
All online forms are included in our mobile sites as well as our standard websites.
Schedule Test Drive
From the start, scheduling a test drive will be a breeze for your customers. Once on the detail website page of any vehicle,
your customers simply select the "Schedule Test Drive" link. A form pops up, pre-filled with the exact vehicle
he/she wishes to test drive. Your customer only needs to type in his/her name, phone number, and the date and
time he/she would like to test drive the vehicle. For your customer, the process is easy and swift.
The information request is then sent via email to your dealership or any other email address. Your customer
receives an instant notice confirming receipt of the request for a test drive.
Request More Information
If your customer has read the vehicle specifications and still has questions, he/she can click the
"request more info" link. A form pops up, pre-filled with the exact vehicle he/she is considering.
Your customer only needs to type in his/her name, phone number, and his/her question.
For your customer, the process is easy and swift. The information request is then sent via email to
your dealership or any email address, and with your ability to receive these email questions when
your dealership is closed, your customer will experience a faster response time than if he/she waited
to call in.
Service & Parts Request
This website form allows customers to schedule an appointment for service and parts at any of your locations.
The same information that your service department personnel ask over the phone is covered in the online form.
Accordingly, your service personnel can use this form for customers who call in as well.

Build It, Price It
With Build It, Price It, customers tell you what kind of vehicle they want (i.e. features, year range and mileage).
The system emails you when a request has been made. Once you log in and review the customer's "wish" list, you'll
have the basic information you need to start creating a deal to "hook" your customer.
Finance Application
Your customers don't have to wait to get the financial ball rolling. They can complete your finance
application on your website via a secured site. Everything you have on your finance application will be captured online.
When a customer submits a finance application from your website, the system sends an email to your dealership notifying them to
check the recent application. You then log into the secured site to retrieve the customer's completed finance application.

Contact Us
This website form is for general customer use. As with the
Request More Info,
Schedule a Test Drive
and other
website forms above, the information is sent via email to the staff person(s) you designate. The information
can be tied into the Internet Lead Management System, so all requests are tracked and followed-up on
in a timely manner. Also included on the page is your dealership location(s) and a Map It feature,
which uses Yahoo or Google Local to pull up an interactive map with driving directions to your dealership.
