I write this letter to express our appreciation for all your help and guidance with regards to our website. The website you built and maintain for our dealership is simple to update and operate. Since Autojini developed our site, our web traffic has gone through the roof. We no longer have a "Dead" website. We receive anywhere from 20-30 customer requests per week and average 3 motorcycle sales per week during peak times. You turned what I refer to as a "DEAD" site ( no ability for customers to contact dealership via email to set up appointments, conflict resolution, set up services, etc. This ability to interact with our current customers and prospective customers is essential to compete in today's competitive market place. We appreciate your advice in steering our dealership away from having a flashy site. Our site may be a bit on the plain side, but it is informative and very functional.
